Name of Indy press comic convention in D.C.?

I'm looking for info about a independent press comic convention- I'm thinking it features comics, but maybe it's just general independent publishing? I might be wrong. I think last year it was in Bethesda, in October (not the big ComicCon in Baltimore) ? I've been meaning to go since I first heard of it several years ago, but keep missing it, and now I can't even recall/find the name. I hope it's still active- if anyone on this forum has gone, what's it like?
